Terms and Conditions for Custom Song Service 1. Service Overview This service includes the creation of a personalized song based on the lyrics provided by the client or collaboratively developed between the client and the creator. The song will be performed on a chosen track or one selected together during the consultation. 2. Usage Restrictions The custom song produced through this service is strictly for personal use only. The client agrees not to release the song on any streaming platforms or utilize it for any commercial purposes. Any public performance or distribution of the song requires prior written consent from the creator. Additionally, the client may not use the artist name “Ellene Masri” to promote the song or in any related marketing. 3. Copyright and Ownership The client retains full rights to the lyrics they provide. The creator retains all rights to the music, melody, arrangement, and any other creative contributions made to the song. This means that while the client owns the lyrics, the creator maintains ownership of the music and arrangement. 4. Consultation Call Clients are required to book a maximum 30-minute video or voice call before making any payment. This session will be used to discuss and finalize song details, ensuring the client’s vision is understood. 5. Payment Terms Payment must be made in full before the delivery of the final song. Payment details will be provided during the consultation. 6. Refund Policy Due to the custom nature of this service, all sales are final. Refunds will only be considered in cases where the service is not fulfilled as agreed. 7. Changes and Revisions The client is entitled to one round of minor revisions to the lyrics after the initial delivery of the song. Major changes may incur additional fees. 8. Limitation of Liability The creator shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the song.
